Helps decision-makers "see" pedestrian safety improvements via four different pedestrian avatars as they respond to site-level enhancements and countermeasures. The sketch-level planning tool uses data provided by the user and data already incorporated in the tool to conduct systemic analysis and identify the priority sites for consideration and improvements for the avatar experience.
