Introduces some strategies like improved wayfinding and bicycle parking that support walking and bicycling by appealing to peoples’ convenience, awareness of mode options, and enjoyment. Elements of the transportation system and infrastructure, which also influence travel behavior, are covered in more detail in subsequent modules.
