This CD-ROM represents a joint effort on the part of the Federal Highway Administration and Florida Department of Transportation to "document the process" that is currently involved in the use of 3D/4D visualiation technologies. It does so by tracing the use of advanced visualization capabilities in an actual project -- in this case, the roughly 18-month Project Development and Environmental study phase of the North & South Roosevelt Boulevard project in Key West, Florida.
