Shift to Cycling Needed to Cut Urban Transport Emissions

States that the European Commission's transport proposals geared towards achieving the goal of reducing transport emissions by 90% and implementing key actions of its Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy cannot be achieved by e-vehicles alone: cycling for daily mobility is one of the best solutions to reduce transport emissions, and combat climate change.
